90 Minute Bikram Style Series
Our 90 Minute Bikram Style Series is our original series with extreme benefits to the body! This class is a set sequence that consist of 28 postures and two breathing exercises ( two sets of each). This series is practiced in a room of 105F. All levels of students are welcome!
60 Minute Bikram Style Series
Our 60 minute Bikram Style Series is a shortened version of our 90 minute class, for those of you that are on the go! The series still consist of the 28 postures and 2 breathing exercises, just fewer sets of some poses. This series is practiced in a room that is 105F, music playing in the background. All levels of students are welcome!
Bikram Style Series to Music
Our Bikram Style Series To Music is a 75 minute class. It consist of our 60/90 minute Bikram Style Series with music, practiced with minimal instruction. Teacher will do the class with you. This class is suggested for students that have been practicing the 90/60 minute Bikram Style Series & is not suggested for first time students. *Try to practice the Bikram Style 1 hour or 90 minute series before attending this Bikram Style to music class.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
Our power yoga class is a 60 minute practice that is a different sequence every time. Similar to a Vinyasa flow class. This class is practiced in a room of 90 to 95F and is for students that enjoy movement, music and flowing from posture to posture. All levels of students are welcome!
Advanced Power Flow Level 2/3
Our advanced power flow is a 75 minute class, practiced in a room of 90 to 95F. This class consist of inversions, arm balances, upside down yoga postures & lots of yoga fun! This class is for intermediate/advanced yoga students.
It is a slower, softer form of yoga, where the challenge comes in holding each pose for a longer period of time, in a warm room. It targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, lower spine, as well as the ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body that normally aren’t exercised very much in a more active yoga practice. You need to experience this to know what Yin Yoga is all about. Most of the postures are done while lying down and held for a longer period of time. Yin provides wonderful emotional, mental and physical benefits. Suitable for all levels of students.
30/ 30 Yin & Yang
30 / 30 Yoga Mix is a 30 minute gentle Vinyasa flow practiced in a warm room followed by 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. This class is for ALL Levels and will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and stress free!
