90 Minute Bikram Style Series
 

 

 

Our 90 Minute Bikram Style Series is our original Bikram series with extreme benefits to the body! This class is a set sequence that consist of 26 postures and two breathing exercises . This series is practiced in a room of 105F. (It is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.) In the Bikram sequence there are no arm balances or weight onto the arms which makes it a perfect class for students that are dealing with injures, surgeries and arthritis.  This series is challenging and an effective form of exercise for weight loss, the average students burns anywhere from 600-1000 calories per class depending on your activity level. In addition to the tremendous physical benefits including increased balance, coordination, self control and stress relief. All levels of students welcome!

 

 

60 Minute Bikram Style Series
 

 

Our 60 minute Bikram Style Series is a shortened version of our 90 minute Bikram class, for those of you that are on the go or that are looking to step into their yoga practice gently.  The series still consist of the 28 postures and 2 breathing exercises, with almost all of the 2 sets of the Bikram Style class. The Bikram Yoga classes are the same sequencing every time to give you a chance to tune in to your postures and notice your  improvement from class to class. This series is practiced in a room that is 105F, with added music playing in the background.  All levels of students are welcome! Enjoy!

 

 

Bikram Style to Music

 

Class is designed for students with prior Bikram 60min or 90min experience, as there is minimal instruction from the instructor. 

Our Bikram Style To Music is a 75 minute class. This is the 90min Bikram Style class with uplifting music. Bikram to music is designed for students with prior Bikram 60min or 90min experience, as there is minimal instruction from the instructor.  This class allows the students to practice the Bikram Style class in a different and more meditative environment. * This Class is for students who have practiced Bikram Style 60 min or 90min in the past and is not recommended for first time students.

 

 

Hot Vinyasa Flow

  Vinyasa yoga class is a 60 minute practice that is a different sequence every time. Our Vinyasa flow class is a fun and energy filled class that moves from one posture into the next in a flow type of sequencing. This is a yoga class which joins sun salutations,  physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.  Class is  practiced in a room of 90 to 95F and is for students that enjoy movement, music and flowing from posture to posture. Please, do not be intimidated by the title or the heat, our teachers will help tailor this class to your level and needs while giving all students the options they seek to take their practice to the next level. Recommended to all students.

 

Yin Yoga
 

 

Need to relax , de - stress or make time for yourself?

This practice is for everyone from beginners up to more advanced practiciners. We all benefit emotionally and physically from Yin Yoga. Yin is a deep, meditative and profound practice that is focused on longer more passive holds .Today most forms of yoga are “yang” in nature - they emphasize muscular movement and contraction ( Vinyasa & Bikram classes ) . By contrast, yin yoga targets the deep, dense connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Most yin postures are floor-based and all are held for a longer period of time to allow the body to delve deep into its connective tissue. This type of practice complements our other styles of yoga perfectly! So, we welcome you to enjoy the candle lit room, relax and de -stress. For all Levels.

 

 

Advanced Vinyasa Flow Level 2/3
 

Our advanced power flow is a 75 minute class, practiced in a room of 90 to 95F. This class offers dynamic transitions through poses and the opportunity to explore guided inversions, arm balances and backbends. Building more strength, balance and flexibility! The teacher will give you the chance to expand on your strengths, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures and more demanding sequences. This can still be an intermediate class, but weaves more advanced options to help grow your practice. This class is perfect for the yogi looking to deepen their practice both mentally and physically.  Our instructors love to be creative and artistic as they find ways to take your practice to the next level.  Recommended to students that have been practicing a while and are ready to take their practice to the next level all the while having fun doing it! We do not recommend this class for beginners.
