Due to the high heat and sweat, our studio is designed with P.EM. yoga flooring “NO CARPET!” Our flooring is anti microbial - which guards against growth of mildew, fungi & bacteria to create a clean, safe and hypo- allergenic yoga environment for you!!

Yoga Facilities and Studio Hours
- The studio doors will be open 20 minutes prior to class time and will close 15 minutes after class has finished.
- Body Heat has a front lobby, large yoga room, two changing rooms ,a separate restroom & a studio boutique.
