FAQ
How do I sign up for the program?
Applications are available at the studio. You must fill out a waiver, sign a code of ethics, and submit a letter of why you would like to be in the training and what you hope to gain from this life changing experience. Any questions please text Daniele 973-865-5668
What style of yoga is this teacher training?
This training is based on Vinyasa. That being said, the poses anatomy and overall training will qualify you to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and many other styles.
How advanced in yoga do I have to be to do the Ignite/BodyHeat 200-hour program?
You should have a current yoga practice. Advanced poses are not relevant. An open mind is essential.
What will I learn in the 200-hour teacher training?
In addition to transforming your life and making new lifelong friends, you will learn about the 8 limbs of Yoga.. Asana (the poses) are only 1 of the 8. Details are on this website that links to Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is the entity that will certify you. Ignite Yoga Center is certified through Yoga Alliance to teach the 200 and 300 hour programs and has trained many amazing Yogis for over a decade.
What if I don't want to be a teacher?
This program will set you up for success to be a Yoga Teacher. That can look like anything from leading retreats worldwide, to reaching locally, to volunteering in your kid’s school, or a community in need of your healing. Also this program is for Yogis who want to delve deeper into the study of yoga, and to improve their own personal yoga practice. It’s also great for students who simply want to have a transformational experience and to be a part of our beautiful Yoga Kula.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A $500 deposit is due upon enrollment to hold your spot. It is non-refundable. If you pay in full for a discounted price and cancel 14 days before the start day you will be refunded minus the $500.

14 days prior to the start of the training the program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is the 200-hour attendance and class make-up policy?
We get it. Life happens. If you miss TT hours you will be required to make up the hours through private lessons with one of the trainers at an additional cost.
What is the process for getting hired to teach at Body Heat?

There is no guarantee of employment at Body Heat. But when you complete this certification you will be a certified Yoga Teacher with all the tools to be successful and ready to Change and Ignite the world.
